Testing season is right around the corner!

NYSESLAT highlights:

  • 2023 NYSESLAT School Administrator's Manual for general information regarding the administration and scoring of the NYSESLAT.

  • The new vendor, Pearson, will be providing the listening passages via CD this year and you will need the capacity to play CDs to administer the NYSESLAT. Please check your inventory now while you still have time to secure any necessary devices.

  • For teachers new to administering the NYSESLAT be sure to register for our hybrid training on Wednesday April 122:30-3:30pm or 4-5pm.

Native American Education in New York Spring Gathering

Collaborative Leadership Advancing School Success (CLASS) is an innovative leadership development program.

Candidates collaborate to improve outcomes for historically underserved students and to lead improvements in the systems and structures that have perpetuated inequity. Although there will be a special focus on multilingual learners, we will address all areas needed to earn your building and district level credentials and to successfully inhabit a wide variety of formal and informal leadership roles.

Castellani Art Museum Exhibitions Ukrainian Artist Living Through War
Until June 11, 2023, the exhibition Living Through War will be hosted at the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University. The exhibition is a reaction against the war in Ukraine, comprised of works from Kharkiv, Ukraine by Bella Logachova.  School group tours can be arranged.
